- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the market that aligns with the company\xe2\x80\x99s overall goals and objectives
- Manage and oversee all marketing activities, including advertising, public relations, events, and social media
- Lead the branding efforts and ensure consistency across all marketing channels
- Develop and manage the marketing budget and ensure that all campaigns are cost-effective
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals
- Lead and motivate the marketing team, setting goals and providing guidance and support to ensure success
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all marketing regulations and guidelines in the UAE and any other country.
- An entrepreneurial spirit who is looking to have an impact on the overall success of the company
- Experience in the UAE & India market, with a strong understanding of local customs and business practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and use data to make informed decisions
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing or a related field, MBA preferred 8+ years of experience in marketing.
