Vice President M&a And Debt Advisory
Job Description
Our client is a leading Investment Advisory entity based in Dubai and looking to hire a VP who specializes in deal execution. The role will involve both M&A & Debt advisory aspects.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the development of various types of financial models to value
debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, capital raising and
restructuring transactions
- Strong technical command of valuation methods and all their intricacies
- Ability to fully and independently develop fully functional financial and
operating models
- Form independent views and recommendations to be reviewed by the deal
ED and/or MD
- Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience working in investment banking, debt
advisory/restructuring and buy-side or sell-side advisory
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or similar disciplines
- Hands on deal execution for multiple transactions is a must
- Ideally worked with a management consulting firm - Big 4
- Strong communication and leadership skills
