Maintain Legal Databases
Stay informed on new Laws and Regulations affecting Company's operations, influence where possible, and alert/advise relevant Departments of new developments
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date Title Documents Database
Maintain Corporate Information database
Legal team management
Plan and follow the activities of the department
Take the lead in the creation of a cohesive and effective team
HSE, Ethics & Compliance
Act as the Ethics Officer of TotalEnergies in the UAE. Ensure compliance to the Corporate and local policies, rules, codes and instructions (such as HSE policy, Code of Conduct, Security Rules)
