We are currently recruiting for VP - IT (UAE national) for a dynamic and rapidly growing leader in the energy industry. This pivotal role requires formulating comprehensive policies and crafting information technology strategies, overseeing management activities, and actively engaging in the provision of essential technical support and data to all administrative levels.

Responsibilities:
- Formulate essential strategies and frameworks to guarantee the safety and security of all operating system devices, networks, and information technology applications
- Overseeing and addressing concerns related to the management of business and smart application systems in alignment with their specific needs and requirements.
- Managing the execution of information systems projects and successfully attaining their predetermined objectives.
- Taking the lead in supplier management processes, ensuring adherence to approved procedures, maintaining a record of information system suppliers, and evaluating their performance.
- Creating necessary policies and methodologies to uphold the integrity and functionality of core networks and network infrastructure, thus ensuring the seamless operation of information network services that align with the organization\'s strategy and operational efficiency goals.

Requirements:
- This role is applicable to the UAE talent pool in accordance with the UAE nationalization law
- A Bachelor\'s degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering is required
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field is essential
- Strong strategic planning abilities are needed
- Demonstrated proficiency in efficient resource management is required
- Familiarity with the technical aspects of managing information systems is important
- Competence in implementing business procedures and service management is necessary
