We are recruiting on behalf of a global leading company in the LNG sector, with an exceptional reputation for delivering large-scale projects that drive energy accessibility and innovation. With a strong pipeline of international developments and ambitious growth plans, theyaEUR(TM)re now looking for a VP / SVP of Finance to help shape the next phase of their journey. What will you be doing? As the VP of Finance, you will : Lead and manage the overall financial strategy, ensuring alignment with the companyaEUR(TM)s long-term objectives. Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and capital structure to support operational and strategic goals. Provide leadership in developing short and long-term financial plans, focusing on P&L management and operational efficiency. Lead the structuring, negotiation, and execution of project financing for large-scale LNG infrastructure projects. Collaborate with business development and engineering teams to evaluate project financial viability and secure financing. Manage relationships with international banks, investors, and financial institutions to secure funding for major LNG projects. Develop and implement financial risk management strategies to mitigate risks in LNG operations, including market, credit, and operational risks. Partner with the CEO and executive team on strategic growth initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a motivated and results-driven culture of excellence. Are you the ideal candidate? Qualified with a BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or CPA is preferred. Experienced, with at least 10 years of senior finance leadership within the LNG sector. In-depth understanding of LNG terminals, LNG shipping, and related infrastructure. Proven experience in leading complex project financing and securing financial agreements with international banks. Skilled in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
