Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Veterinarian with a strong background in

soft tissue and orthopedic surgery.

The ideal candidate will join our multidisciplinary team and contribute significantly to our high surgical and internal medicine standards.

Perform soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries (e.g., spay/neuter, mass removals, fracture repairs). Provide pre-operative evaluations and post-operative care for surgical patients. Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries in small animals (dogs, cats, exotics if applicable). Consult with pet owners about surgical and treatment options. Interpret diagnostic results (radiographs, blood tests, ultrasound, etc.). Maintain accurate medical records and uphold high standards of animal welfare. Collaborate with veterinary nurses, technicians, and support staff. Contribute to continuous improvement in clinical and surgical protocols. Handle emergency cases and after-hours surgery (if applicable).

Qualifications & Skills:

Equivalent veterinary degree

(license to practice in [Country]). Minimum [2-5] years clinical experience, preferably with surgical focus. Skilled in soft tissue surgery; orthopedic surgery experience is a plus. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Compassionate, patient, and client-oriented approach. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to stay current with medical and surgical advancements.

Preferred:

Certification or training in advanced surgical techniques (e.g., AO/ASIF, TPLO). Ultrasound or endoscopy experience. Experience in shelter medicine, emergency care, or exotic animal surgery.
