Responsibilities:
We're looking for a friendly and organized Veterinary Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic and the supportive link between our clients and veterinary team.
Greet pet owners with warmth and professionalism.
Manage front desk duties, including scheduling and coordinating appointments.
Provide excellent customer service and assist clients with inquiries.
Support client communication, including calls and messages, as needed.
Support day-to-day administrative operations of the clinicWarmly greet and assist pet owners.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in a veterinary receptionist role is not required.
A positive, client-focused attitude and a genuine love for animals
