Position:

Senior Veterinary Nurse

Location:

Amity Veterinary Clinic, Dubai

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in veterinary nursing or a related field, attested by a recognized university.

Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in a veterinary clinic.

Genuine love and compassion for animals.

Responsibilities:

Assist veterinarians during examinations, surgeries, and treatments.

Administer medications and treatments as directed by veterinarians.

Monitor and care for animals recovering from surgery or illness.

Collect and prepare laboratory samples.

Maintain accurate records of patient history and treatment.

Educate pet owners on proper animal care and medication administration.

Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of patient areas.

Assist in emergency situations and provide first aid.

Handle and restrain animals with care and professionalism.

Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure the well-being of all animals.

Skills:

Proficient in veterinary nursing techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Compassionate and empathetic towards animals and their owners.

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
