Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Veterinary Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in clinical procedures, patient care, and customer interaction within a veterinary setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist veterinarians during exams, treatments, and surgeries
Perform injections, wound care, sample collection, and basic procedures
Monitor hospitalized pets and ensure their comfort and safety
Guide pet owners on post-treatment care and medications
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment areas
Assist with anesthesia monitoring under supervision
Manage medical records and support inventory control
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a veterinary clinic
Diploma/certification in veterinary nursing or animal care preferred
Strong knowledge of animal handling and clinical procedures
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergencies
