Job description
Welcome patients, vendors, pharmaceutical representatives, and other visitors to our practice.
Maintaining Safety and wellbeing of our patients while in the waiting area.
Answer patient questions and provide assistance and directions when necessary.
Answering phone calls from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
Utilize our medical office software to schedule new and follow-up appointments for our patients
Gather feedback from customers and share with management
Collaborate with team members
assist in sales and adding value to the clinic.
processing payments for customer visits, and other products/services in a timely manner.
assisting in receiving, and stocking of supplies/products and entering their details
Qualifications
2+ years of experience working in a customer service role.
Friendly and compassionate disposition.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in English. Other languages will be an advantage.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Computer skills- MS Office
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Flexibility with a can do attitude and the ability to think quickly and adapt to ever changing environments
