Position: Verification Officer - Credit Card Sales
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Conduct verification calls to customers who have applied for credit cards.
Confirm customer details such as identity, employment, income, and other necessary information as per bank/client policies.
Ensure all verification calls are handled in a professional and compliant manner.
Validate customer-provided documents against internal checklists and guidelines.
Record call outcomes and update the verification system accurately.
Identify and report any suspicious, fraudulent, or incomplete applications.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve discrepancies.
Meet quality and accuracy standards set by the client/bank audits.
Adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Achieve assigned verification targets within the given timeline.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English (and additional languages if required).
Preferably Hindi or Urdu Speaking Candidates.
Attention to detail with good listening and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet daily verification targets.
Prior experience in verification, tele calling, or credit card sales will be an advantage.
