Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Officer to join our growing Credit Card Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and promoting credit card products to potential customers.

Job Title: Relationship Officer - Credit Card Sales
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Salary: AED 2,500 - AED 4,000/ Month (Depending on the exp of the candidates)

Key Responsibilities:

# Acquire new customers through direct sales of credit card products.

# Identify and approach potential clients through outdoor sales, cold calling, and referrals.

# Achieve monthly sales targets as set by management.

# Provide accurate information about credit card features, benefits, fees, and terms.

# Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend suitable credit card options to customers.

# Ensure all applications are processed accurately and in compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

# Maintain regular follow-ups with customers for documentation and application status.

# Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to drive loyalty and referrals.

# Attend team meetings, product training sessions, and sales workshops to stay updated on offerings and market trends.

Requirements:

# Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

# Proven experience in credit card sales or retail banking sales (1-3 years preferred).

# Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

# Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

# Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

# Good understanding of credit card products and banking regulations

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
