Venue Operations Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the efficient functioning of our venue operations, covering front desk services, caf\xc3\xa9 management, maintenance activities, and collaborating with the MyGolf Academy. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and maintaining high standards of service excellence. Venue Operations Management:
  • Supervise and lead the front desk, caf\xc3\xa9, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Implement and maintain operational procedures and standards to enhance overall efficiency.
Front Desk and Customer Service:
  • Oversee front desk activities, including guest check-ins, inquiries, service improvements, and reservations.
  • Ensure a welcoming and customer-focused environment, addressing customer concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate database of the customers, using the data to analyze customer preferences and business strategy.
Caf\xc3\xa9 Management:
  • Supervise caf\xc3\xa9 operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain high-quality food and beverage offerings.
Maintenance Operations:
  • Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance and repair activities to ensure the facility\'s optimal condition.
  • Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
Golf Academy Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the Golf Academy team to ensure effective scheduling and delivery of golf programs and lessons.
  • Foster a positive learning environment and encourage continuous improvement in coaching methods.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Flexibility to work during weekends and operational hours.
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality or sports industry.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Chinese language a plus.
  • A passion for golf and a deep understanding of the golf industry is a plus.
