After successfully establishing University Access Centres (UAC) in Vietnam and China, INTO is now expanding its presence in MENA and is launching a brand-new UAC in Dubai. The UAC is a new initiative designed to support a wide range of internationalisation priorities for participating universities, including the recruitment of additional students from key source markets and increasing profile and presence overseas to facilitate other in-market projects. The UAC also functions as the office base for INTO’s Regional Office staff in market and will be an English language testing venue. We are seeking a Centre Operations Manager to oversee all functions and operations of the new UAC in Knowledge Village, Dubai Accountabilities The Centre Operations Manager, UAC Dubai will ensure that the University Access Centre is set up and fitted out to INTO’s global standards and is ready to launch on schedule. Once the UAC has opened, the Centre Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the centre, including the management of UAC and partner university staff

• Work closely with the Global Market Initiatives (GMI) team to ensure that any local project milestones are met according to timeline
• Work closely with the Regional Director to provide leadership, vision and management that enables INTO to deliver its strategic and operational objectives
• Provide clear direction and be an effective and inspirational leader for the UAC Team.
• Together with recruitment staff, manage education agent relationships and monitor staff activity with these entities and local educational institutions
• Oversee and ensure optimal use of the CRM system by all staff, including leads queue management, task tracking, events and meeting recording, and regular data cleaning;
• Responsible for management and updates of the Local Education Agent Directory, Local Institution Directory, and Local Company Directory and other central resources
• Support effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Work closely with the testing team to ensure smooth daily testing and events operations
• Ensure the implementation of an effective lead capture process;
• Be responsible for new staff orientation and training scheduling, and when needed, re-training of current staff
• Oversee and ensure optimal day-to-day functionality of the UAC operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff presence, IT equipment performance, lights, internet, and AV equipment set-up throughout the Centre
• Be responsible for the basic and practical financial management of the UAC Dubai operations, including management of expense reports, cash floats, and any inbound or outgoing payments as appropriate, also providing financial reports to the Regional Director and INTO senior management as required
• Work with the Regional Director to organise and execute an annual schedule of events and support the execution of these events
• Deliver reports and presentations to key stakeholders as requested
