Job Purpose:
- Oversees managing a variety of locations including indoor and outdoor spaces. Also, handle the venue bookings, supervise all operations, and ensure that the location is safe and equipped for hosting events.
- They are also responsible for managing the ground and property maintenance and supervising all staff members.
- The venue manager should handle the operations, maintenance, and bookings for the venue.
- Create venue pricing packages, secure bookings, liaise with event managers and clients, and coordinate the logistics of events.
- Manage the maintenance of the venue
- 2 years in similar role
- Proven experience in venue management, event planning, or a similar role
- Bachelor\'s degree in Sports Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and venue management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
