Job Description

Orbit International Survey Services LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

Vendor Inspection Coordinator

to manage inspection-related documentation and coordinate quality assurance activities across various projects. This hybrid role also involves HR and administrative support functions, including recruitment coordination, employee documentation, and compliance tracking. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA/QC processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Quality Control & Inspection Coordination:

Coordinate inspection schedules, documentation, and reporting for ongoing projects. Maintain and organize project QA/QC files, checklists, and compliance records. Liaise with inspection teams, clients, and third parties to ensure timely delivery of inspection reports and compliance documents. Attend coordination meetings with EPC Contractors, PMC Consultants, and Clients. Track certifications and calibration records for inspection equipment and personnel. Support the preparation and fulfillment of internal and external audit requirements.

HR & Admin Support:



Assist in recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and coordination of field personnel deployment. Manage onboarding processes, documentation, and training coordination for new hires. Maintain and regularly update personnel files, staff certifications, and HSE cards. Ensure site-specific requirements and compliance documents are in place for all employees. Coordinate with payroll/finance and project teams for accurate timekeeping, mobilization data, and leave records. Provide administrative support related to manpower planning, HR documentation, and compliance with labor laws and project requirements.

Qualifications:



Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a QC/QA Coordinator role; experience in an inspection or engineering services company preferred. Experience in

HR coordination and Recruitment is required

. Bachelor's in Engineering Strong knowledge of quality documentation, ISO standards and HR practices. Excellent organizational, communication and multitasking skills. Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP or workforce management tools is a plus. Must have

CSWIP certificate.


Preferred Candidates:



Currently holding a Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa in the UAE.

Available to join immediately or on short notice.

Holding a UAE Driver's license.
