Key Responsibilities
:Team Management
: Supervise, train, and develop a team of mechanics and technicians. Ensure staff maintain high standards of work and are compliant with health and safety regulations.Workshop Operations
: Oversee all vehicle repairs and maintenance services, ensuring timely and efficient completion of jobs.Quality Control
: Conduct quality checks on all work performed and ensure that repairs are completed to the manufacturer's standards.Customer Service
: Maintain excellent communication with customers regarding repair status, timelines, and any issues discovered during the repair process.Inventory Management
: Monitor and order workshop supplies and spare parts, ensuring that inventory is always stocked and available.Health & Safety
: Ensure the workshop operates in compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper equipment handling and work practices.Troubleshooting
: Assist technicians with complex repairs and diagnostics when required.Job Type: Full-time
