Provide daily / weekly and timely project reports for management and clients.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of automotive services, including repairs, maintenance, and parts.
Creating project based Power Point presentations
Follow up on required maintenance services for each project vehicle.
Generate leads and new business opportunities through proactive outreach and effective communication with vehicle manufacturers.
Maintain a detailed record of client interactions, inquiries.
Collaborate with mechanic techs for parts ordering and inventory.
Stay updated with industry trends, new automotive products, and services to provide relevant information to management and team.
Assist in maintaining an organized and professional workspace, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere for management and clients.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service within the automotive industry.
Strong communication skills in Arabic & English, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of automotive services, repairs, and parts is essential.
Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using Office suites, CRM Software, Power point presentations.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client complaints with professionalism.
Valid UAE driver's license
Must have a min. 4 years of experience within the UAE market
