Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible

Vegetable Packing Leader

to supervise and manage the packing operations of fresh organic vegetables. The role ensures proper grading, hygienic packing, close monitoring of packing staff productivity, order fulfillment, and timely dispatch of produce to hypermarkets and supermarkets while maintaining organic quality standards.
This position directly reports to the Operations Head.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the vegetable packing team on a daily basis Closely monitor all packing staff to ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality output Allocate tasks and manpower based on order volume and shift requirements Ensure vegetables are properly cleaned, graded, sorted, and packed according to standards Monitor and manage daily orders from all hypermarkets and supermarkets Plan packing activities based on order priorities and delivery schedules Coordinate with harvest, production, and logistics teams for timely dispatch Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the packing area Ensure correct labeling, traceability, and batch records for organic produce Monitor packing performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions Prepare and submit daily productivity, packing, and order fulfillment reports to the Operations Head Train and guide packing staff on proper handling, safety, and productivity improvement

Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and staff supervision skills Ability to monitor productivity and meet daily packing targets Knowledge of vegetable grading, packing, and organic handling standards Good coordination, reporting, and communication skills Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
