Drive the van to assigned locations and deliver products to retail outlets within the sales territory.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by the management.
Ensure product availability in all assigned outlets and promote new products when applicable.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and product loyalty.
Accurately process customer orders, ensuring the right products and quantities are delivered on time.
Manage returns and damaged goods in line with company policies.
Ensure proper product placement and visibility at all retail outlets to maximize sales opportunities.
Maintain cleanliness and professional display of all products.
Conduct stock rotation and remove expired products to maintain the freshness and quality of stock.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and providing product information as needed.
Maintain accurate records of daily sales, collections, returns, and other relevant data.
Submit daily sales reports, customer feedback, and market trends to the Sales Supervisor or Manager.
Reconcile daily cash collections and ensure timely submission to the company.
