Drive van sales to meet monthly and annual targets.
Lead and motivate van sales representatives.
Plan and optimize sales routes for maximum efficiency.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse.
Maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
Track competitor activities and market trends.
Prepare regular sales performance reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
3-5 years' experience in van sales management compulsory(FMCG only).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
Valid driving license.
