to assist our sales team in the daily distribution of FMCG products across Abu Dhabi. The Van Sales Helper will support the Salesman in loading/unloading goods, managing deliveries, collecting payments, and ensuring timely and efficient customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Van Salesman in daily route operations and product deliveries.
Load and unload products from the van at customer locations (e.g., supermarkets, groceries, restaurants).
Ensure proper handling and stacking of goods to prevent damage.
Verify invoice items and support the Salesman in cash and credit collection.
Assist in keeping track of inventory and returned goods.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
Support in restocking the van each morning before dispatch.
Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Follow company policies, safety standards, and delivery schedules.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in FMCG or distribution preferred.
Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy items (up to 20 kg).
Basic understanding of invoice handling and customer interaction.
Familiarity with Abu Dhabi routes and delivery areas is an advantage.
Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Ability to communicate in basic English or Hindi.
