Responsibilities :-

Visit assigned areas daily to deliver and restock products on time. Look for new sales opportunities and gather leads to grow the customer base. Build and keep good relationships with both current and potential customers. Meet and surpass

sales targets

using effective sales techniques. Provide product details, pricing, and promotions to customers to ensure a smooth buying experience. Keep track of competitors and market trends to spot growth opportunities. Record sales activities accurately, including customer interactions, orders, and stock levels. Work with internal teams like logistics and marketing to support sales goals. Follow company rules and safety guidelines, ensuring product quality. Represent the company well and maintain its professional reputation.
Requirements :-

Previous sales experience, preferably in

van sales, field sales, or direct sales

. Great

communication

and people skills, able to connect with customers. Strong at

negotiating

and convincing others, focused on hitting sales targets. Self-driven and motivated to succeed, with a proactive approach to sales. Able to work independently and manage time well in a busy environment.

Valid driver's license

with a good driving record. High school diploma or equivalent; extra qualifications in sales or marketing are a bonus. Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
