Job Description

We are looking for a

dynamic and results-driven Van Sales Executive

with UAE market experience to sell and distribute

plants, flowers, gifts, and toys

to retail shops, florists, garden centers, event companies, and other customers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, able to build strong customer relationships, and skilled in promoting products on the spot to maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service

Drive a sales van to assigned routes and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Actively promote and sell plants, flowers, gifts, and toys to both existing and new customers Build long-term relationships with clients to increase repeat business Understand customer needs, suggest appropriate products, and upsell where possible Ensure attractive product presentation inside the van to encourage impulse purchases

Distribution & Delivery

Deliver products accurately and on time, ensuring quality is maintained during transit Assist with product loading/unloading and maintain proper stock rotation in the van Arrange and display products at customer locations for better visibility and sales impact

Payments & Documentation

Collect cash or cheque payments from customers, issue receipts, and reconcile collections daily Maintain accurate daily sales and delivery records for submission to management

Market & Product Feedback

Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities Provide feedback to the sales team on new product opportunities and customer requests

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of van sales experience in the UAE (experience in plants, flowers, gifts, toys, or FMCG preferred) Valid UAE manual driving license (for van driving) Strong selling and negotiation skills with a proven track record in achieving sales targets Excellent knowledge of UAE routes and customer locations in the assigned area Physically fit to assist with product loading/unloading Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage Customer-focused, self-motivated, and target-driven Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales reporting

Preferred Skills

Experience selling seasonal products and impulse purchase items Knowledge of proper handling of delicate items like flowers and plants Familiarity with mobile POS or sales tracking apps
