minimum of 2 years of van sales experience in the FMCG or food industry
, along with a valid UAE driving license. This role requires a self-motivated individual who is target-driven, customer-focused, and capable of managing and growing a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed
daily/monthly sales and productivity targets
.
Build and manage customer relationships
within the assigned geographic area to support brand and product growth.
Identify, educate, and
activate new customers
to expand numeric distribution.
Conduct
regular market visits
, ensuring high visibility and availability of products.
Plan and organize route schedules
to ensure maximum area coverage and sales efficiency.
Maintain
honesty and discipline in all financial transactions
and reporting.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Van Sales experience
in the
UAE FMCG
Valid UAE Manual Driving License
is
mandatory
.
Candidates without a driving license or FMCG/food industry experience will NOT be considered
.
Proficiency in
English
and at least one regional language:
Malayalam, Hindi, or Tamil
.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and time management skills.
Must be proactive, trustworthy, and highly motivated to meet targets.
Commission:
Additional earnings based on performance (sales or targets)
