Job Description

We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Van Delivery Drivers to join our team for the new project. The driver will be responsible for receiving stocks, ensuring timely deliveries to end consumers across the UAE, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining company standards and assets.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, load, and manage stock for deliveries as per daily schedules. Deliver orders directly to customers at their locations, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. Operate and update the company's mobile application for order management and delivery tracking. Coordinate with multiple cross-functional teams, including third-party warehouse staff and operations. Interact with customers professionally and with utmost respect, providing updates and ensuring a positive
delivery experience.

Report any customer-related issues to the direct manager or customer service team promptly, so they can
handle matters professionally.

Ensure all orders are delivered in full, on time, and without damages. Maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent condition and ensure safe driving practices at all times. Take responsibility for all company assets under care, including vehicle, equipment, and stock. Adhere to company policies, road safety regulations, and demonstrate high integrity in all tasks. Support the wider team in achieving daily and monthly delivery targets. Demonstrate punctuality, teamwork, and a solution-oriented approach in all tasks.

Requirements

Valid UAE Driving License (Light Vehicle). Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably in FMCG, e-commerce, or logistics. Familiarity with using mobile apps for order tracking and communication. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work across different emirates as per operational requirements. Physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading of goods. Punctual, responsible, and a good team player.
