Job Description

We are looking for a Valuer to join our growing Residential Valuation team in Dubai. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and career-driven professional to become part of a dynamic department known for delivering trusted advice to leading banks, developers, and property owners across the UAE.


You'll play a key role in delivering residential valuations that support high-impact decisions and portfolio strategies, working within a collaborative team that values precision, professionalism, and client service. Key responsibilities:




Conduct residential property valuations with precision, using up-to-date knowledge of the UAE's real estate market. Deliver clear, well-reasoned advice across a variety of residential asset classes. Prepare detailed, high-quality valuation reports in line with RICS standards. Manage day-to-day execution of valuation instructions with minimal supervision.Handle multiple instructions simultaneously, while maintaining accuracy and professional standards. Support the development and retention of a strong client base. Contribute to the growth of the department through business development and collaboration. Collaborate with other departments across the business to share insights and identify cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:




2-3 years' experience in residential property valuation within the UAE. AssocRICS qualification and RICS Registered Valuer status. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Valid UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Able to manage multiple deadlines and respond flexibly to changing priorities. Collaborative and team-oriented, with a willingness to support others.
