Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Senior Commercial Valuer is responsible for conducting accurate and professional valuations of commercial and residential properties in line with RICS/IVS standards and company policies. The role requires in-depth market knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to provide high-quality valuation reports for banks, corporates, and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct valuations of commercial properties, including offices, retail, industrial, and mixed-use developments .

Collect, analyze, and verify market data, sales transactions, and rental evidence to support valuation conclusions.

Prepare high-quality, accurate, and timely valuation reports that meet regulatory, client, and internal quality standards.

Review and ensure compliance with International Valuation Standards (IVS), RICS standards, and local regulatory requirements.

Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical support to junior valuers within the team.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.

Keep up to date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field.

RICS-qualified (MRICS/FRICS) or equivalent professional accreditation is preferred.

Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in commercial property valuation.

Strong knowledge of UAE real estate markets and regulatory framework.

Excellent analytical, report-writing, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in valuation software and MS Office applications.

Strong communication and client relationship management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
