We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Valuation Assistant

to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in

real estate or finance

who are looking to develop their career in property valuation. You will support our valuation team with market research, data analysis, reporting, and client coordination, while gaining valuable exposure to industry standards and practices.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior valuers in preparing valuation reports for various property types. Conduct property inspections, collect data, and perform market research. Support in analyzing financial, legal, and market information related to valuations. Liaise with clients, agents, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of reports. Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance purposes. Contribute to the preparation of presentations and proposals when needed.

Requirements

Background in

real estate, finance, or related field

(education or work experience). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Car owners are preferred (for site visits and inspections).

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in property valuation, real estate, or financial analysis. Knowledge of local real estate markets and property laws. Interest in pursuing
