Following are the requirements that we are looking for from the candidates: Preferably with experience in AirBnB hosting (AirBnB superhost); Manage the online platform listing of the apartments \xe2\x80\x93 the candidate should be responsive all the time (this is mandatory and will be strictly monitored by the management) for all the booking inquiries and accepts reservation requests in a timely manner and current guests\xe2\x80\x99 general inquiry in a very professional and polite manner; The candidate will personally meet and do the check ins and outs of the guests, and he or she is expected to greet the guests in a very professional and polite manner, and follow the guidelines / checklists during the check in. The candidate should be very well spoken in English (neutral and understandable by other nationalities (other languages is an advantage); The candidate should know how to multi-task and best on time management in case there are multiple check ins and outs on the same day; The candidate is expected to be flexible on the timings in terms there are late check ins and check outs of the guests out of the set timings mentioned on the platform; The candidate is expected to go extra mile and think out of the box to make sure that all guests are well accommodated, happy and satisfied with their stay to all the Homes apartments. The host should aim for a full booking and get a 5-star rating from all the guests, and zero cancellations and complaints; The host will manage all the apartments in terms of the following: - Supervising the cleaner and make sure the checklists are being followed strictly to maintain the cleanliness of the each of the apartments; - Running errands on all the purchases required for the apartments (welcome pack for the guests, additional consumables, etc.) - Expected to help the cleaner (if needed) to set up the apartments; The host will monitor (track and record) all the consumable expenses of the apartments, track and record to be submitted to the management every end of the month; The host will be expected to think out of the box on how to save costs on these consumables and to the general expenses related to the apartments. The host is expected to perform other tasks other than of listed above related to the apartments. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract
