Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
Vacation rental Agent have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:
Ensuring that all rental units are well maintained and ready for guests at all times Reviewing Clients Governmental ID to determine their eligibility for renting a property Managing the online presence of the property through websites such as Airbnb, Booking or others. Responding to guest inquiries about properties and booking reservations Preparing marketing materials such as brochures or fliers to promote the property to potential renters Overseeing maintenance staff to ensure that all repairs are completed in a timely manner Managing a team of employees who perform tasks such as cleaning, bookkeeping, and maintenance work Creating advertising campaigns to promote the rental business to potential customers along with the Marketing team Establishing relationships with local businesses that can provide services to guests such as car rentals, babysitting services, and catering services Assure insurance fees are claimed prior to check in & refunded after facility check and no damage recorded. Maintaining Expenses records and Bookkeeping
Qualifications and Education Requirements
English / Arabic Speaker
UAE Driving license
Minimum two years' experience in similar industry
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
