We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Content Creator & Videographer

who will be responsible for producing high-quality photo and video content to support our marketing and social media efforts. This role requires a strong eye for storytelling, visual aesthetics, and the ability to manage content from concept to completion.

The goal is to grow an engaging, high-end Instagram presence that showcases luxury real estate, business insights, and lifestyle content while attracting followers, investors, and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, shoot, and edit photos and videos of properties, team activities, and promotional materials Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms Develop reels, walkthrough videos, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content Work closely with the operations team to align content with campaigns and brand messaging Maintain equipment and manage files, footage, and archives Stay updated with social media trends, especially in the real estate and lifestyle sectors Assist in creative direction for branding shoots and content calendars

Requirements:

Proven experience in videography, photography, and content creation Proficient in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.) Strong video editing skills with

CapCut

Experience in real estate or Short Term Rental is a plus! Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices Excellent skills in visual composition, color grading, and video editing Portfolio showcasing relevant work is

required

Ability to work independently and collaboratively under deadlines UAE driving license is a plus

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
