About the Role

We are looking for a talented and user-focused UX Writer to craft clear, concise, and

engaging content for our mobile apps and websites. As part of the Product and UX team,

you'll play a critical role in shaping user experiences through words--ensuring every

interaction is intuitive, helpful, and aligned with our brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

Write user-centric content for mobile apps and websites, including microcopy,

buttons, error messages, onboarding flows, help content, tooltips, and more.


Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to

shape seamless digital experiences.


Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and terminology across all user touchpoints. Conduct or support user research and usability testing to validate copy

effectiveness.


Contribute to and help maintain content guidelines and UX writing standards. Edit and simplify complex concepts into clear, accessible language.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or a related field. Portfolio showcasing UX writing samples for mobile and/or web applications. Strong command of language and the ability to write with clarity, brevity, and

empathy.


Understanding of user-centered design principles and UX processes. Experience collaborating within cross-functional product teams. Excellent attention to detail and ability to adapt tone across different products or

audiences.


Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch. Basic knowledge of localization/internationalization best practices. Experience working in Agile or fast-paced digital environments. * Exposure to usability testing or A/B content experiments.
