Job Description

Role Overview: Stellar Technologies is looking for a UI/UX Designer with 6 years of experience in designing scalable, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications . The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to translate product requirements into elegant and intuitive experiences. Experience in healthcare design systems and workflows is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end design of web and mobile user interfaces with a focus on usability, accessibility, and user experience.

Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes that clearly illustrate design ideas and intent.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teamsaEUR"product owners, developers, and QAaEUR"to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback.

Ensure adherence to design systems and accessibility standards ( WCAG, HIPAA, UAE PDPL ).

Design interfaces that are optimized for performance, cross-platform functionality, and visual coherence.

Contribute to UI/UX documentation, component libraries, and style guides for product consistency. Must-Have Skills:

6 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms .

Mastery of design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision .

Expertise in responsive design, mobile-first principles, and adaptive layouts.

Deep understanding of usability heuristics, user-centered design processes, and design thinking.

Experience with tools for user research, journey mapping, and interaction design.

Ability to present and communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders. Good-to-Have (Healthcare Advantage):

Experience designing healthcare applications (EHR/EMR, patient portals, clinical dashboards).

Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or Malaffi, NABIDH, Riayati integration design requirements.

Understanding of healthcare privacy and compliance (HIPAA, UAE PDPL).

Prior work involving data visualization, forms-based workflows, and role-based access UI . Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related fields.
