Job Description

UX Expert: (Oman - Onsite) Qualification : Bachelor's degree or master's degree in relevant field Work Experience: More than 13 years of experience as UX Expert · Should have good knowledge of user behaviors, needs, and preferences. · Should have hands-on experience in various techniques such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, user observation, etc. · Should be expert in creating/reviewing user personas, information architecture, organizing the content, navigation, interaction flow to ensure intuitive and efficient user experiences, etc. · Should be expert in creating/reviewing sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize the structure and layout of the user interface. · Should be familiar with popular UX design and prototyping tools. · Should have sound knowledge of emerging trends, industry best practices, and new technologies in the UX field. · Should have work experience in large scale projects where UX scope was major.

Responsibilities: · UX expert should support user research to gain insights about the user behaviors, needs, and preferences of Oman Government Unified Portal. · UX expert should perform qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns, pain points, and opportunities for improvement and should provide recommendations accordingly. · Should think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to UX challenges faced in the project. · Should review UX related deliverables submitted by implementation partner and should recommend the best options and areas of improvement. · Should be able to review and challenge the methodologies proposed by UX experts of implementation partners and thereby bring the best for the project. · Should support in identifying the focus areas related to UX. · Should be able to provide a balanced view by analyzing the expectations and requirements of all stakeholders, Implementation partner, etc · Provide recommendations on how to optimize Government Unified platform or app, improve performance, increase efficiency, etc. based on heuristic principles, usability guidelines, and user interface best practices. · Should be able to guide the client to finalize UX related components

Other requirements: · Relevant Certifications · Experience in large scale Implementation Projects, preferably Government Transformation projects preferably in GCC region · Familiar with popular UX design and prototyping tools
