The role of UX Designer is to create innovative and memorable experiences that engage and empower users in their everyday lives. They know how a product should look, feel and work, and understand what people need and want in the digital space and in real life. We operate in a roll your sleeves up, highly collaborative and client-centric environment. There will be the opportunity to mentor designers, present your thinking and vision, as well as execute creative work across a variety of mediums. We are looking for a UX Designer who is ready to take ownership and contribute to defining the user experience of the assets, solutions, and products that we bring to market. Following are some of the key tasks expected of this role:

- Lead in innovation while identifying unique solutions to complex problems allowing data and interfaces to be intuitive and agile
- Work with internal stakeholders or client to understand business requirements and advocate for the user by developing intuitive interactions and easy-to-use interfaces
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to set product direction
- Produce product design visuals (eg: storyboards, user-flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes) that help stakeholders across disciplines understanding market trends and what the best experience looks like
- Analyze and enhance internal systems and client’s digital needs including online digital application, websites, and social media
- Contribute to workshops and support early stage planning with internal and client teams
- Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment with copy writers, engineers, strategists, marketing managers and product managers
- Actively contribute to building out department and winning work
- Portfolio of work for leading companies and institutions.

- Recent relevant work experience of at least 3-5 years, working collaboratively across engineering, product management and user research teams
- BA/BS degree in service design, graphic design, human-computer interaction, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- UX Design experience and familiarity with Sketch and/or Figma as well as experience designing and prototyping responsive web, digital products or applications with Sketch & InVision
- Strong experience in understanding brand, visual language & digital design projects using design processes and advance methods
- Experience developing complete UX/UI design systems; navigation, UI components and/or UX/UI design guidelines
- Experience prioritizing and supporting sales efforts in new UX client opportunities
- Previous agency experience is strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of how to craft usable, accessible, and modular designs that can scale
- A high proficiency in verbal and written Arabic is desirable
