to join our printing press in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience operating UV flatbed / roll-to-roll printers and be familiar with printing on various rigid and flexible materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain UV printing machines efficiently
Set up files, materials, and print parameters as per job requirements
Print on acrylic, PVC, foam board, glass, wood, metal sheets, and other substrates
Ensure color accuracy, print quality, and timely job completion
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic troubleshooting
Coordinate with design and production teams for smooth workflow
Follow safety standards and company procedures
Reduce material wastage and ensure cost-effective production
Requirements:
Proven experience as a UV Printer Operator in a printing press
Knowledge of RIP software (Caldera / Onyx or similar) is an advantage
Understanding of color management and print finishing basics
Ability to handle multiple jobs and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in UAE printing industry preferred
