We are looking for an experienced UV Machine Operator who will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting UV printing or coating machines to produce high-quality printed materials or products. This role requires an understanding of UV technology, machine operations, and quality control standards. The operator must ensure efficient and safe production processes while meeting customer specifications and company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operation
:
Operate UV printing, curing, or coating machines according to established procedures.
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
:
Perform routine maintenance on UV machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as required.
Ensure all UV lamps and curing systems are functioning properly.
Quality Control
:
Monitor the printed or coated products for quality and consistency, ensuring that all items meet the required standards.
Safety & Compliance
:
Ensure proper handling and disposal of chemicals, inks, and other materials used in UV printing or coating.
Record Keeping & Reporting
:
Maintain production logs, documenting machine settings, production rates, and any issues encountered during the process.
Collaboration
:
Work closely with other operators, supervisors, and maintenance teams to meet production goals.
