Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in project management, including leading and influencing strategic and operational initiatives with multiple stakeholders of all levels.
  • Experience in UX optimization.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in partner management or in partner ecosystem development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively on projects in a cross-functional team internally and externally.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present concepts clearly, and pivot tactical conversations to strategic conversations.

In this role, you will be interfacing with Google sales teams, advertisers and User Experience (UX) partners (3Ps) with the goal of elevating readiness of MENA advertisers' web and mobile assets.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Define UX (assets) partnership strategy for MENA market and provide input into regional strategy.
  • Develop a ecosystem of UX partners that deliver asset optimization (web, mobile and app assets) for MENA advertisers.
  • Map partner capabilities/priorities to Google's goals and strategies and upskill partners to ensure quality of partner service delivery. Establish processes to control and continuously improve quality of delivery.
  • Drive partner pipeline and work with sales team to drive asset enhancement through partners.
  • Identify emerging opportunities, market developments, and challenges in the assets space and contribute to partner strategic recommendations and plans creating opportunities.
