The User Experience (UX) Designer is responsible for designing and enhancing the user experience of digital products and creating intuitive, user-friendly designs that are easy to use, engaging, and meet the target audience\'s goals.

Your Responsibilities:

• Create information architecture informed by content and business requirements.
• Run informal usability tests to validate ideas.
• Deliver low to high-fidelity wireframes.
• Annotate and create specifications to enable a smooth build phase.
• Create detailed interactive prototypes.
• Know how to make design decisions to deliver to WCAG standards for A, AA and AAA levels.
• Create and deliver digital experiences across digital touchpoints such as web, mobile, wearables, etc.
• Create detailed task and screen flows based on research and ideation.
• Align with strategy and convert insights into interactive solutions.
• Co-create concepts based on user journeys.
• Work with the team to ideate solutions that solve different types of challenges.
• Collaborate with project managers to identify and resolve roadblocks.
• Participate in the team learning culture and initiatives.
• Prepare and run client presentations.
• Work closely with the development team to evaluate the feasibility and clearly communicate ideas.
• Work with UI designers to deliver the envisioned solution.
• Work in an organized but fast-paced delivery methodology.

• Strong command over English with strong verbal and written communication

• Is seen as the trusted advisor by his/her clients and has strong professional relationships across the business
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a client facing consultant role
• Delivered multiple digital projects end-to-end
• Work experience in an agency environment
• Strong skills in using Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
