- Used Car Call Center Agent!

Are you sharp, confident, and love closing deals on the phone?

Join our Used Car Division as a Call Center Agent and be the voice that drives customers into the showroom!

What you'll do:



Handle inbound & outbound calls Book test drives & appointments Qualify leads + pass hot ones to sales Smash daily/weekly call & conversion targets

KPIs that matter:



80-100 calls/day 25-30% lead-to-appointment rate 70% appointment show-up rate
