Job Description
MEP Supervisor is responsible for supervising the Facility Management (FM) department and ensuring efficient operations. They oversee the maintenance and repair of MEP equipment, manage a team, and coordinate with other departments. Responsibilities include conducting planned preventative maintenance, responding to reactive issues, preparing quotations, and submitting estimates. The supervisor reports job progress and issues to the manager, arranges site inspections, and ensures work completion. They demonstrate leadership skills, motivate the team, and monitor performance levels. The role requires technical qualifications in mechanical, civil, or electrical engineering, along with a minimum of seven years of relevant experience. Knowledge of MEP installation, AC systems, safety practices, and customer service excellence is essential.
