Food & Beverage (F&B) chain owner.

He will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, ensuring financial performance, brand development, and the overall success of the business.

Skills and Qualifications

Proven Experience

: Minimum 10+ years of executive leadership experience in the

Food & Beverage industry

, with at least 5 years in a senior management or F&B Owner .

Industry Expertise

: Strong understanding of the F&B sector, including operational management, financial oversight, and brand development.

Strategic Vision

: A demonstrated ability to develop and execute a long-term strategy that drives growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

Financial Acumen

: Proven experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, P&L management, and cost control within a multi-outlet business environment.

Leadership Skills

: Strong leadership, team-building, and mentoring abilities with a focus on fostering a positive work culture and enhancing employee engagement.

Marketing Expertise

: Knowledge and experience in brand development, customer loyalty programs, and digital marketing strategies to enhance visibility and sales.

Crisis Management

: Ability to handle crises effectively and maintain business continuity during challenging times.

Stakeholder Management

: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage relationships with key stakeholders, clients, suppliers, and partners.

Educational Background

: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus).
