About the Role
Our client, a rapidly expanding marketing and technology-driven firm, is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join its in-house Marketing Department.
This role is ideal for a designer who blends creativity with precision someone who can bring visual ideas to life across multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency and high design standards.
You will collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create bold, clean, and impactful designs that elevate brand identity and engage audiences effectively.
Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce visually compelling assets for social media, web, and print campaigns.
• Develop marketing materials including posters, banners, brochures, and corporate presentations.
• Maintain consistent visual identity across all design outputs, following brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to translate briefs into creative visual concepts.
• Apply strong fundamentals in typography, colour theory, and layout to create engaging visuals.
• Work efficiently in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Adapt concepts quickly and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Stay current with evolving design trends and contribute fresh, innovative ideas to projects.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Proven experience in creating high-impact social media and marketing graphics.
• Skilled in designing for both digital and print media.
• Hands-on experience using Figma (mandatory).
• Minimum 24 years of professional design experience.
• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred).
• Must be based in Dubai or available to relocate immediately.
