POSITIONS:
SHES OFFICER/AUDITOR
Ensure that all work is carried out as per the contract and client specification. Verify and validate the Quality and SHE procedure at the camps and sites are Maintained, Implemented, and monitored up to date in all areas. Stay up to date with current SHES regulations, industry trends, and best practices. Lead and facilitate SHES audits and assessments conducted by external parties, such as regulatory agencies or certification bodies. Identify and assess potential risks and non-compliance issues related to SHES policies and regulations. Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans to address identified issues and improve SHES performance. Prepare the Monthly Internal Audit Plan and share with the concern departments. Plan to organize the Audit Periodically (1-3-6 months) asper requirement to validate the contractual requirements and reports to the management.
RECREATION & WELFARE OFFICER
Bachelors degree with minimum 8 years hands on experience as Recreation Manager / officer
