Urban Planner With Leed
Job Description
Minimum Qualification:
. Master's degree in urban design, city planning. . Design background and LEED AP or Green Associate preferred . Knowledge of placemaking and community design (building, street, and public space types plus associated principles) . Background and understanding of planning utilities and infrastructure in macro and micro scale. . Proficient in AutoCAD, the Adobe Suite, SketchUp, and GIS. . Experience in developing guidelines and updating them. . Ability to work with different teams and organizations. . Ability to update and upgrade standards respecting latest and international practices.
Minimum Experience
. 12 years out of which at least 7 years in GCC Country
