Responsibilities & Duties - Graduate Urban Planner
+ Has a good understanding of planning concepts and operations and able to complete basic applications under the oversight of more senior planners.
+ Contribute to researched based tasks and ensure quality of output is aligned with local office applied standards.
+ Work towards understanding of the client / authority Planning Portal and Policy system.
+ Under supervision and guidance, contributes to report production and assist the PM in project management tasks such as preparation of PMPs, drafting MoMs and assisting in presentation preparations.
+ Analyze project briefs and projects sites and work collaborate with peers to develop comprehensive site reviews and recommendations.
+ Is able to carry out planning history and site visits, describing key constraints and opportunities, under supervision and instruction from a senior planner.
+ Collect, comprehend and represent Zoning Regulations and local regulatory frameworks and urban design guidelines in operating regions.
+ Contribute to maintaining office planning library with updated planning standard, regulations, guidelines in operating regions/countries.
+ Contributing to the planning benchmarks library for systems, processes, governance, policy and strategies and bringing latest trends, innovative ideas.
Minimum Requirements
+ Must have graduated in 2021 or graduating no later than Sept 2022
+ Successful applicants must have a minimum 3.4 GPA or 2:1 (or equivalent) and above
Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning or related field from an accredited University
