The Job Opportunity
UPS Electrical Technician will be performing the maintenance and operation of ELV systems like CCTV, Access Control Systems, BMS, MATV, SACS, AV Systems, PA System and X-Ray Systems.
He/She is expected to be responsible for routine maintenance activities of all above system, capable to trouble shoot and configure all the above systems. G ood knowledge in CCTV/SACS storage and server level trouble shooting will be required to complete the day to day tasks.
Key Accountabilities
Should be able to read and understand terms and work related to ELV Systems. They should understand the blueprints, manuals and should be able to work with computerised drawings.
Responsible for IP & Analog CCTV camera installation and Preventive maintenance.
Should have the capability of understanding any type of network related issues in CCTV system.
Should have the experience of trouble shooting IP / Analog cameras.
Responsible for network cable installations, termination.
Responsible for IP & Analog camera installations and commissioning.

Specific requirements
Minimum four (4) years of experience with advance knowledge in ELV systems in a commercial buildings or hospital or other facilities management building services with engineering environment.
Technical and safety awareness with a clear understanding of electrical safety, permit to works, processes, procedures, use of power tools and associated test equipment.
ELV Technician should possess good knowledge in Electrical systems.
Good level of the English language both written and spoken.
Ideally a holder of Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and full technical understanding of Electrical systems and associated equipment and controls.
Minimum holder of a Technical Diploma/ 2 year Certificate course with 6years experience
