Job Description
We are hiring a Unity Software Developer to build kiosk-based interactive applications, simulations, and 2D experiences for fixed hardware setups where performance, stability, and long-running reliability are critical.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Software Engineering or equivalent
Experience: 2 - 5+ years (flexible for the right candidate)
Key Responsibilities
Develop Unity applications for interactive installations, kiosks, and simulations Build and maintain touch-based kiosk apps for dedicated hardware Deploy and optimize Unity projects for iOS & Android Integrate Unity with IoT/external hardware (Arduino, sensors, controllers) Implement real-time communication: Serial (COM/USB), UDP, HTTP APIs Ensure stable long-running apps (performance tuning, auto-recovery, logging) Profile and optimize FPS, memory, and architecture
Required Skills
Strong Unity & C# expertise Experience with kiosk-based and fixed hardware environments Hands-on hardware/IoT integration Real-time communication (Serial, UDP, HTTP) Strong focus on UI/UX optimization & app stability Debugging, testing, and clean coding practices Nice to Have Arduino basics (serial protocols, sensor data) TCP/WebSockets/OSC experience CI builds, remote logging, crash reporting, Git
