What you'll do

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

You will be responsible for issuing and collecting uniforms based on department and employee uniform number to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience. You will count and log all uniforms sent and received from the laundry. Sort clean uniforms and place on the conveyor or shelves. Check all items to ensure they are clean, stain free, not damaged. Hand any uniform for repair to the tailor and ensure they are done. Provide assistance for laundry, linen room as required. Issue new uniforms as new employees arrive, ensure they sign, and all sets are issued according to standard. Ensure all paperwork is up to date and monthly reports are prepared for all uniforms sent out. Completes inventories of uniforms and updates on any missing, damaged, stained items. Highlight any deficits not returned from the laundry and any stained or discarded items. Ensure follow up on all outstanding items to be delivered. Keep all areas clean and tidy and stocked correctly. Our values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. Desired profil

You'll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team. You will have attention to detail and ability to quickly adapt to a constantly changing environment. As a detail orientated and hands on Team Player with strong interpersonal skills, you will be able to interact with all departments to ensure a cohesive working environment and to get things done. You will be passionate, dynamic and guest focused who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of guest service and provide creative solutions to our guests. You will be adaptable and be able to think on your feet and multi-task. Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong guest service ethic. English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language. You will be organized, articulate and adaptable. Computer literate. Previous experience at least for 1 year. You will have a high school education and bring your past experience working for luxury hotels.
